Dave and I are on the way to Sardis, Georgia. We took I-20 through Texas for two days! Malaki ang Texas. We drove through Louisiana in 3 hours! Now we are at Vicksburg, Mississippi.
MIssing everyone's birthday! And mine will be spent on the road on Sunday..ugh.
Aug. 28, 2006..wow wound up in Mississippi again for the night, on the way back to Tucson. Only this time we made it to Meridian, MIssissippi. Good Best Western hotel and the best home style buffet of good old southern cooking at Barnhill's if you are ever in the area.
We should make it to Texas today. I can't even help Dave drive as my feet don't even reach the pedals. It's our second day on the road, with two more to go and Dave's back is already out of sorts. Poor guy!
Wow we made it to Georgia and back to Tucson in 7 days! Whewwwww. Scenery has been flying past me and we are already home! 30 Aug 2007
